Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How do I sign up for a class?

A. First, you’ll need to Create an Account, here. Then, you’ll be able to purchase a Membership, Multi-Class Package, or Drop In pass which you can use to reserve REFORMER or STUDIO classes listed on our Schedule.

Q: What class is right for me?

A. All our classes are beginner friendly, so we recommend browsing our class descriptions to see what sparks your interest!  We accept all ages, bodies, skill-levels, but we recommend getting a few classes under your belt before taking on cardio or heated options.

A. All of our instructors are highly qualified and trained to teach at any level, so you’re in good hands with all of us! Each of our team members has been specially selected by Cally for their enthusiasm, positive attitude, and ability to lead by example. We promise you will feel welcome in any class. ☺️

Q: What teacher should I start with?

Q: What should I wear/bring?

A.We recommend leggings and a fitted shirt, preferably a tank top. Tighter clothing allows for us to spot poor body alignment and offer adjustments that will improve your form and deepen your workout. While sneakers are recommended for some studio classes, bare feet are also great. We already have all the props you need here, but make sure to bring a water bottle!

Reformer - Grip socks are required on the Reformer machine. You can buy them through our app and pick out a pair when you arrive for your class. Click here to purchase.

A. We would love to meet with you, give you a tour of our space, and learn about any injuries that would help us understand you better in class. 10 minutes is great!

Q: Do I need to come early if it’s my first time?

A. We totally understand: life happens! We’re happy to refund you, but only when you cancel more than 24 hours before the class. There is a $10 Late Cancellation Fee for those who cancel after the 24 hour mark, plus your class credit is forfeited. A $20 No Show Fee will be charged if you do not remove yourself from the class you are unable to attend and your pass will be used to cover your reserved spot.

You can cancel from your account, here. Please, do your best to cancel in advance so others have the opportunity to take the class!

Q: What if I can’t make a class that I already bought?

Q: Where are you located?

A. In Windham, NH. We are located 2 minutes off of Exit 3 in the brick plaza that you can see from 111. There’s a handy map on our Contact page!

Q: Can I bring my friend/husband?

A. YES! Everyone is welcome, and our class passes allow for you to reserve a spot for a “guest.” This prompt will appear when booking your class online.

Q: I’ve never done dance before… is this a dance workout?

A. This is NOT a dance workout. (Our FUSION class is as close as it gets!) But we do set our classes to the beat of fun, loud music. Nothing is worse than sweating in silence. 🥵

A. As a dancer, I used to get really frustrated at the ballet barre. I’ve always been short, and everything seemed to come so easily to these tall, slender ballerinas. I found it difficult to move my body the same way—it hurt! So, I often found myself adapting moves to fit my proportions.

I was frequently told by instructors that my form was not ‘technically correct,’ but I received amazing feedback on my performances only when I did what was right for me. I KNEW I couldn’t be the only one who felt this way! Fired up, I began looking at how to adapt classical exercises (that work!) for ALL BODIES. The muscle we’re working is the same, but how we get there might look a little different depending on how your unique body moves.

C_Method is built on the belief that anyone can move their body, that all bodies are naturally athletic, and that you CAN do it. You just need someone to show you how, and who listens to your feedback in order to find the modifications that work for you.

Q: How did you develop the C_Method?
