Welcome to your 14 Day Challenge! This compact crash-course in C_Method fitness consists of 45 minutes of movement, daily. We know that for many of you, setting aside a full 45 can feel next to impossible, so we’ve split certain weeks into 30 & 15 minute videos to squeeze in your workout when you can, but you are encouraged to watch them back-to-back if you’re able. 

If you miss a video, don’t sweat it—and definitely DON’T STOP! Life happens even to the best of us, and it’s okay to double-down the next day. (Helpful Hint: A lot of moms catch up on any missed videos over the weekend!)
